As Chief Executive Officer, Scott is responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization. Scott has more than 25 years of experience in provider-oriented healthcare and pharmacy technology and services and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the 340B industry, with an emphasis on client success and growth. Most recently, Scott was the EVP and Chief Commercial Officer at Omnicell, a publicly traded pharmacy technology and services company serving primarily health systems. Throughout his career, has focused on utilizing technology and services to help providers deliver improved patient care more efficiently and effectively.

Garret Albert serves as Chief Financial Officer, guiding Nuvem’s financial strategy and operations through a period of high growth and transformation. Prior to Nuvem, Garret was CFO at Mynd, where he raised over $160M in capital and led the company through its acquisition by Roofstock, serving as interim CFO post-merger. He also led strategic finance at One Medical through a $220M private equity investment and IPO. With deep experience across healthcare, SaaS, and tech-enabled services, Garret ensures Nuvem’s financial foundation supports sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term customer impact.

As Chief Customer Officer, Brenda is responsible for overseeing all facets of customer operations. Brenda has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and pharmacy technology and services with an emphasis on driving customer success and satisfaction. She has held key leadership roles at companies including McKesson and Omnicell, where she served as Vice President overseeing customer experience strategy, success, and service operations. Throughout her career, she has focused on aligning customer needs with business objectives to foster lasting partnerships and improve service delivery.

As Chief Growth Officer, Ryan brings significant direct sales and sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving commercial transformation, scaling tech-enabled service organizations, and delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes. His background spans Fortune 500, private equity, and high-growth companies across the health tech and services sectors. Ryan has held key roles, which include developing and executing international growth strategies across EMEA and APAC and lead organizations through complex, highly regulated markets, consistently driving growth while adapting to evolving customer expectations. Throughout his career, Ryan has prioritized the customer experience—ensuring that growth, operational performance, and transformation initiatives are always grounded in improving the client journey, building trusted relationships, and delivering lasting value.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Dennis is responsible for leading all aspects of Nuvem’s marketing strategy and execution. He brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and pharmacy technology, with a focus on driving growth, brand development, and customer engagement. Most recently, Dennis served as Vice President of Marketing at Omnicell, a publicly traded pharmacy technology and services company, where he led marketing efforts across key enterprise solutions. Throughout his career, he has specialized in building high-performing teams and leveraging data-driven strategies to elevate provider success and market impact.

As Chief Product Officer, Jim brings a decade of experience in product management and strategy in the healthcare industry. Most recently he led product management & UX for pharmacy-focused cloud software products at Omnicell, including their 340B TPA platform. Jim has also previously held product leadership roles at athenahealth and Candescent Health. He holds a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and BS in Computer Science & Cognitive Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

As Chief Technology Officer, Michael ensures Nuvem’s technology portfolio supports our covered entities through cutting-edge technology and innovation. Michael has over 20 years of experience building high performance, customer focused teams that deliver real value on time and on budget. He comes with a deep appreciation and understanding of building software for healthcare. Most recently, Michael served as Vice President of Engineering where he led the launch of Omnicell’s flagship analytics solution (Omnicell One) and spearheaded the redesign and initial rollout of Omnicell’s next generation platform (OmniSphere). Prior to Omnicell, he held leadership roles and delivered solutions in multiple healthcare verticals (value based care, radiology, and care coordination) in addition to education and e-commerce. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Management from McGill University.

As the Chief Legal Officer, at Nuvem, Kelly is a key member of the executive team and oversees all legal matters, compliance and privacy, federal and state legislative and regulatory developments. Prior to joining Nuvem, she was the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary to the Board at ConnectiveRx. Her vast experience also includes serving as the head of human resources and Associate General Counsel at Surescripts, and as a health law attorney at McDermott Will & Emery and Husch Blackwell. Kelly earned her JD, cum laude, from Creighton University, School of Law.

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Nuvem, Betty oversees Customer Success, Renewals/Referrals, Support, and Analytics—ensuring every client receives tailored guidance, measurable value, and a seamless experience. She is responsible for driving client retention, optimizing program outcomes, and delivering a best-in-class experience for covered entities and pharmacy partners alike. Betty brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience across the pharmacy, PBM, and 340B industries. She is passionate about empowering safety-net providers and driving meaningful results for the clients and communities they serve.

Vaughn Kinosian, R.Ph., leads Nuvem’s Pharmacy Implementation and Operations team, bringing decades of strategic and operational leadership in health system, community health center and specialty pharmacy. Previously at ReCept, Omnicell and CVS Health, Vaughn has helped scale pharmacy services that extended access and optimized care across underserved populations. A seasoned pharmacy executive, he is responsible for designing and executing pharmacy models that are regulatory-ready, financially sustainable, and easy to operationalize. His team ensures that Nuvem clients can successfully launch and grow in-house pharmacies that expand access and reinvest in care.
