Looking to register a new Covered Entity or additional outpatient facility for 340B program participation? October 1-15 is the next registration period for an effective start date of January 1. Registration with OPAIS occurs four times a year between the first and 15th days of January, April, July, and October for both Covered Entities and contract pharmacies. Once registered and approved, an entity will be recognized as “active” on the first day of the following quarter.
