As Chief Executive Officer, Matt is responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization. He has a proven executive management track record and close to 30 years of business experience, with the last 20 years focused across several healthcare and software businesses. Most recently, he served as CEO at Envysion, a Colorado-based Video SaaS company, which was acquired by Motorola Solutions. Prior to that, Matt held multiple senior leadership roles at LogistiCare and Providence Service Corp. (now known as Modivcare), a diversified healthcare and human services company focused on providing critical healthcare services primarily to Medicaid members. Earlier in his career, Matt worked as a strategic advisor, operational partner, and board member for several private equity-backed healthcare technology companies and was a commercial and clinical operations consultant to life sciences companies. He holds an Engineering Degree from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth.

As one of the nation’s foremost experts on the Federal 340B program, Colleen has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is a thought leader whose entrepreneurial instincts and clear discernment have carried multiple companies through rapid and continuous growth. Before launching Nuvem, Colleen was Vice President of Business Operations at CompleteCare Health Network where she provided executive leadership and business operations oversight. She was crucial in their NCQA PCMH certification, acquisition of private group practices, 340B operations, medical billing and collections management, and budget preparation as well as overall strategic planning. Colleen holds an MPH from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science from Richard Stockton College.

A key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Drew is responsible for the planning and execution of all financial activities including direct responsibility for accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ROI Analysis, KPI operating metrics, and risk management, among others. Drew is a key contributor to Nuvem’s strategic objectives, ensuring that such strategies create enterprise value for the company. His experience includes progressive finance and accounting roles in public accounting, private equity, health service, and health tech organizations. Drew began his career in public accounting after graduating from Temple University, including 10 years with PwC, eight years in audit practice, and two years in PwC’s National Office. He also spent five years with Safeguard Scientifics and five years with Genex Services.

Shai is Chief Information Officer at Nuvem, overseeing all aspects of Information Technology, R&D, Product Development, IT Operations and Security. Beginning his career in a management position as an IT director in 2006 with Femi Premium, Shai quickly advanced in his career, excelling to Chief Technology Officer at MedSave USA designing enterprise data centers, managing IT, company operations, financials, and leading complex IT implementations worldwide. Holding professional certifications as a Microsoft certified trainer, System Engineer, Information Technology Professional, VMware Certified Professional and additional academic studies in Business Administration, his vast experience has enabled Nuvem to produce industry leading technology. Shai is also a senior certified Lecturer in the areas of System, Network, and Data Security at the Hi-Tech College in Herzliya, Israel.

As Chief Product Officer, Jozef holds responsibilities in executive leadership, product strategy, customer-driven insight, product development, and performance monitoring. Prior to his time at Nuvem, Jozef served as Chief Technical Officer at Park City Group/ReposiTrak, a publicly traded company. He holds a Computerworld Smithsonian Award for Innovative Use of IT and a patent for the Implementation of Scan-Based Trading, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Science in Technical Cybernetics and Robotics from Slovak Technical University, where he was valedictorian.

As the General Counsel and EVP, Compliance at Nuvem, Kelly is a key member of the executive team and oversees all legal matters, compliance and privacy, federal and state legislative and regulatory developments. Prior to joining Nuvem, she was the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary to the Board at ConnectiveRx. Her vast experience also includes serving as the head of human resources and Associate General Counsel at Surescripts, and as a health law attorney at McDermott Will & Emery and Husch Blackwell. Kelly earned her JD, cum laude, from Creighton University, School of Law.

Betty is Nuvem’s EVP of Technical Operations, helping to build world-class operations while focusing on service excellence and optimization. She oversees areas such as Account Management, Customer Support, Pharmacy Operations, Audit and Compliance, and Referral Capture. Betty’s background is centered around 340B, Pharmacy, and PBM, where she grew start-ups into larger organizations along with working for other publicly traded large corporations. Betty previously worked as VP of Operations and Product Management for Health Systems and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University.

Suzanne is Nuvem’s EVP and GM of Pharmacy services. She brings 25+ years of experience leading complex and robust retail and specialty pharmacy/healthcare operations in domestic and international markets, having served in many leadership roles including oversight of ~8,000 retail pharmacies during her career. In addition to her assignments building health service businesses in the US, she also served in Europe as Director of Healthcare at Boots overseeing Pharmacy, Hearing Care and Opticians. Suzanne received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from South Dakota State University and her MBA from Baker College.

As the EVP of Growth, Chris manages sales and revenue growth at Nuvem. Chris’ experience includes 18 years in sales from entrepreneurship to individual contributions in numerous revenue-leading roles. His achievements include seeing several individuals now in leadership and executive roles that he coached and mentored along the way. Chris has received awards from multiple President’s Clubs, Top Sales Rep of the Year, and budget achievement awards, with his most prized award being a certification as a Negotiation Coach. He also holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Iowa State University.

Adriana Minano is the VP of IT & Operations at Nuvem. After joining in 2016, she quickly became an important contributor to the company as her team of business and technical analysts, project managers and service managers support all proprietary technology systems at Nuvem, manage and oversee data communications with vendors, and lead business and technical projects. Adriana’s experience in healthcare spans nearly two decades, having worked in both international and self-funded TPAs, hospitals, and risk adjustment. Prior to working at Nuvem, she grew and managed a 150-seat contact center at Datavant/Ciox Health (formerly Arrohealth), a risk adjustment healthcare solutions provider. Adriana holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Finance from Long Island University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the State University of New York College at Cortland.

Tim Mallett is a pharmacist and has been involved with the 340B program for over 19 years. Today, he is Nuvem’s VP of Pharmacy Services. Tim assists FQHCs with setting up new in-house pharmacies and provides onsite 340B education for CHC staff. Tim consults with FQHCs on pharmacy operations, 340B issues, and pharmacy integration within their health centers and has spoken at many national and state conferences. He is part of the planning committee for the 340B Grantee Conference which provides 340B education around the country. Tim was also a consultant for NACHC on Public Policy and 340B Pharmacy Operations for many years. He spent 12 years as Director of Pharmacy at a large FQHC in Michigan. In addition to running the pharmacy, he oversaw the clinic’s managed care, medical records, WIC, marketing, quality improvement (PCMH & MU), and LEAN (process improvement) during his tenure.

Based in Atlanta, Aminah is Nuvem’s VP of Account Management. With over a decade of experience in pharmacy, PBM, and 340B, she has led high-performing teams in operations, implementations, and account management. Aminah’s prior endeavors include a previous role as Senior Director of Account Management, experience in start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, and the opportunity to found and lead multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERG). As a driven professional with a proven track record of operational leadership, Aminah has won awards from Women in Leadership and the Executive Leadership Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia.

As Vice President of Research & Development, Luigi is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Nuvem’s software solutions, leading multiple software development teams, staffing, mentoring, enhancing, and maintaining best-of-class software development practices. Luigi collaborates with product management to design and develop technical solutions, delivering value quickly to customers without sacrificing software quality. Before his time at Nuvem, Luigi worked as the Founder & CEO of multiple organizations, Director of Software at Rumble Boxing, Senior Director of Technology Operations at Macmillan Publishers, and more. Luigi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College and was the winner of the Merck Hackathon for Patient Outreach software initiative.

Michael is VP of IT Security, Compliance & Infrastructure at Nuvem. His responsibilities include identity and access management, asset management, system administration, network security, help desk/support, vulnerability management, business continuity, disaster recovery management, security governance, and more. Michael has previous experience as Senior Director of Security & Compliance at Charter Communications and General Electric (GE). His achievements include CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor – ISACA), an MBA from Sacred Heart University, and a BS-MIS from Fairfield University.

Kathleen serves as VP of Human Resources at Nuvem. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Her focus areas include leading talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design and cultural development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, employee relations, and employee training and development.

Over the past 15 years, Kathleen held HR leadership roles across diverse industries. These include various VP of HR roles at Radian Group, a publicly traded mortgage, risk, title and real estate services company. Kathleen also served as HR Director at American Water, the largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company in the US, and at Hay Group, a global management consulting firm.

Kathleen received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. Kathleen has held the Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) Designation since 2005 and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management.

Emmanuel serves as VP of Pharmacy Strategies at Nuvem, responsible for the continued growth and development of pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of the highest level of service to patients. Prior to this role, Emmanuel served as Chief Pharmacy Officer at Apovia and Pharmacy Director for Acro Pharmaceutical Services and Synergy Rx Express Pharmacy, where he oversaw the planning and implementation of day-to-day pharmacy operations. Emmanuel received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from SUNY at Buffalo, NY, and his MS in Industrial Pharmacy from Long Island University in New York.

Regina is Nuvem’s Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Regina started her career at General Electric (GE) in their FMP Program. Quickly rising in her field, Regina held Finance Manager and Sr. Financial Analyst positions at The Lycra Company and INVISTA, a division of Koch Industries, providing her extensive experience in the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and strategic analysis of financial teams. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and her MBA from Villanova University.

Melanie serves as Nuvem’s VP of Marketing and Communications and is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition. She brings 20+ years of experience across all aspects of digital and traditional marketing, branding, lead generation, campaign management, strategic planning, budget management, event planning, graphic design, company communications, salesforce management and innovation. Melanie believes that data should drive decisions, incorporated with creativity, executed flawlessly, all with the goal of aggressively growing a business, solution or idea. Prior to joining Nuvem in 2016, Melanie held marketing positions in a variety of industries, with such organizations as Aon, Cynergy Captive Markets and Navigant. Melanie is an active member of the American Marketing Association.

Jigna is Nuvem’s Director of Audits and Compliance. In her role, she is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of auditors conducting 340B audits, both internally and externally. Jigna conducts ongoing 340B program training and coaching for team members and external clients, maintains research and development programs to ensure Nuvem remains at the forefront of industry, applies the most cost-effective methods and approaches, provides cutting-edge products and services to retain the company’s competitive edge, and much more. She previously held positions in consulting, customer success management, auditing and pharmacy technology at various organizations. Jigna is a 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) and Certified Pharmacy Technician, and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Biology from Nova Southeastern University.

Benjamin Stone serves at the VP of Sales for Nuvem, responsible for driving new business and revenue. With a BS Sports Administration, Minor in Business from Ohio University, MBA from University of Phoenix,
Ben has led a sales team to double their organizations revenue in 2 years and was the top rep at multiple organizations. He has 18+ years of experience in the pharmacy industry working with independent, regional and national chains, mail order pharmacies, and FQHC pharmacy management. Ben has held positions in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and Leadership.
