Each year this week in August is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the commitment and dedication of Community Health Center employees, providers, board members, volunteers and all those who help provide essential healthcare services to communities across the country.

This year’s theme is “Powering Communities Through Caring Connections” which recognizes the strength, commitment, and care Community Health Centers offer to their communities.

According to healthcenterweek.org “This year’s National Health Center Week theme focuses on empowering communities by connecting them with health centers and elected officials from all levels of government. Celebrate the uniqueness of your community and get to know those dedicated to lasting partnerships!”
